Delivery and Installation Policy

Once an executed contract and payment have been received, you will be contacted to confirm a delivery and installation date.  The scheduled delivery timeframe will be based on two factors: the selection of an open date on our calendar, coupled with your completion of any desired property enhancements prior to listing the property. 

Delivery and installation fees are included within our staging package pricing.  However, at a later date-after delivery and installation have been completed--should you wish to add additional furnishings to your staging package, a delivery fee will be quoted.

Online Payments – Refunds

Refund Policy 

Should your full prepayment amount be received and your property sell prior to the scheduled staging installation, Staging Furniture will refund your full prepayment amount, provided cancellation notice has been received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date

Should less than 48 hours cancellation notice be given to Staging Furniture, 25% of the prepayment amount will be retained to cover the cost of unpacking, restocking, inventory accounting adjustments and staging plan design time.

Staging Furniture provides online payment capability as a service to you, respecting and protecting the privacy of everyone who visits the site or who provides personal information.   By using Staging Furniture’s online payment service, you consent to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with our policy.  Our policy has been developed to take into account current Internet and payment technology.  As technology changes, notification of any associated policy changes will be provided on this page.

The personal data you provide to Staging Furniture through these web pages will be used solely for the purpose of payment processing and collection of fees associated with services provided. Your personal data collected and used for this online payment system will not be passed onto or shared with any other organization or third party, except to assure payment for services rendered.  Should you fall behind or fail to make your payments to Staging Furniture, then sufficient personal data may be disclosed to a third party to enable us to pursue and recover debt from you. 

Online Security

You should protect sensitive data at all times throughout your online transaction and make sure you log off properly when the transaction is complete.  Only the last four digits of your credit/debit card numbers are revealed when payment is confirmed.  We, of course, transmit the entire credit/debit card number to the appropriate credit/debit card company. To protect the security of your information during transmission, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input to and from the site.
